It was all black and white until then

But spending more time and trying  to understand the issue and discussing it and finally realising the may be there is some level of overthinking on my part.

I say it one more time it was all black and white ,as only  extremes used to exist to me.

More like all or none.

And it most cases I prefer none.

Instead of digging into the past of why I ended up that way.better to look into the future.

All this time I travel but everyone my cortisol levels are high, checking ,rechecking and adjusting the timings and trying to figure out things.

Most of the time used to be in that planning.

Recently when I was there in Coorg with my friend.

Finally my laziest version got activated,

Until then my body itself refused to eat food  ,finally stated craving for food

My Body is relaxed mode.

That’s when :

I saw the high mountains ,carpet of lush green grass and unbound valleys and different colors of rocks ,different shapes and different shades.

Then I  saw the cow grazing on the top of mountain.

I happen to  cross the river with him.

The one who refused to ask for  help ,held his hand and was care free even during the river crossing.

I saw the little elephant ,putting sand on his head and elephants stuck in between wooden cages and elephants tired of crying and elephants forced to entertain.

There is pleasure on one side and pain on the other side.

Somehow this time more than the Abby falls ,Maggi felt more good.may be the person.

In the top rated tourist attraction , I saw the rose bud which is about to flower even in the hustling crowd around me.Listened to the sounds of the bells in the store rather than focusing on shopping.

I enjoyed the brass filter coffee glass more than the cafe or coffee.

i could able to appreciate the beauty of it and the small plants around it

It all started with a temple when I kept going there but it was close until that day ,when a worker saw me previously took use to priest home and said him.

It was then he came and opened and finally I saw the goddess.

Later he gave us kumkuma and asked as are we students ,for which we replied “yes”

May be we should have given him some money but we didn’t.

Omkareshwara temple remains best part where someone is waiting for me to complete pradhakshana.

( I was thinking he will end up with some shots but stood there silently )

I ate my favourite things too.

Other than this I learnt many new things from my friend ranging from traffic rules, India tibet relationship, understanding of monasteries many more - this man is more like a human library.

Various situations,  multiple emotions , sacrifices ,politics and many more stories.

Are these called shades of grey????

May be life is not about white or black ,it can be shades of grey.
